Well, here we are at the Dreamland hotel in Paris, compliments of Delta. We were up at 4AM to get ready and leave Barcelona on an early flight to Paris. All that went well. We had 3 hours layover so even having to stand in line for our boarding passes was not too bad. We all got on board and settled in and we taxied out on the runway and the pilot came on and said there was a warning light on and they were going to go back in and let the mechanice take a look at it-please do!! So they worked on it and said we were ready to take off and just had one more thing to do to check first-and that did not work either so by the time they did this (a total of 4 1/4 hours on the tarmac) they sent buses out to get us and our luggage and cancelled the flight. So after many more lines, we are in the hotel here at DIsney Land Paris and had a nice dinner on the house. We leave at 6AM to get back to the airport to stand in more lines and check our bags again and try again! SO hopefully, we will get home tomorrow.
