Tarquinia, Italy

Today is a gorgeous sunny day and just warm and nice. We went to the train station where the ship docked and got our tickets to come to Tarquinia for the day. It was a bus ride up here and we hope to catch the train back-you know how we love trains. There are wonderful Etruscan ruins and tombs here and it was so much fun just doing this on our own. It is one of our favorite days. My laptop is not working in these internet cafes so photos will have to wait for Barcelona where we can really catch up. Tarquinia is a lovely medievel town and is just wonderful to wander in.It has towers like San Giammoni(sp?). We are heading to eat pizza and then to catch the train back to Civitavecchia and to the ship. Missing you all. We will post a lot of photos when we get home!
